Water fun!

Summer =

-lots of play
-lots of sun
-skinned knees & bandaids
-popsicles
-sticky hands...well sticky everything
-the pool, water guns,sprinklers and slip'n'slides
-not enough sleep= surplus in tantrums
-more house hunting(praying and crossing our fingers that we found the one).
-fresh raspberries and lots of smoothies

The boys sure love every chance they get to play in the water-can you blame them? My grandma had surgery last week and all is well(thank goodness). The wedding plans are looking good and family will be in town soon. We are really excited to play with all the cousins!

This is Max's signature move when he is upset, or is told "NO". He will run to anyone nearby and cry, then cling to their leg. He especially does this to Papa.

War paint, Max got into some mud after it rained Saturday, his face itched so naturally he rubbed it with his muddy hands.

They slipped on their bums the entire time. I couldn't get them to go on their bellies, it was fun to watch them try and walk on it and fall down. They loved it. Too bad they were freezing, it wasn't very hot Saturday.

My camera batteries died so I didn't get more pictures from the 4th. It was a great weekend, good food and lots of fun!

* When we first got to Andy's parents Max ran over to the neighbors yard(who were having a picnic) and started mooching food before we could stop him. He really has no shame and isn't afraid of anyone. Sometimes I really don't know what to think, he sure is a character.

He was too anxious to get back to playing that he didn't even cry when he fell down at the end. I hate it when you can't break their falls. I also realized that I didn't get one picture of them in their matching t-shirts...maybe because they didn't last more than ten minutes. Boys!
